The above statement can be considered as a universal fact. In other words, we can say that every single family in every nation contributes collectively to make this world go on and on. Now think of those families who cannot chip in or a couple who cannot become parents of a child of their own or have kids. In such circumstances mostly couple opt either for adoption or surrogacy.
The basic difference between adopted child and surrogate child is that, an adopted child may or may not be related to family blood whereas a surrogate child has the same blood as of the family. As far as Indian law is concerned, adoption and its procedure are well defined under it and there are legislation controlling it but surrogacy, India does not have any laws holding it yet.
